Before you paste anything

Cabinet → Settings → Website & embed → Connect. Choose Custom site (Your site URL → Create snippet) or No website (Create hosted link + QR). Do not hand-paste sk_ server keys into HTML.

Cabinet → Settings → Website & embed → Connect — Choose a platform (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Custom site, or No website).

1. Script embed (recommended)

Go live → Script embed uses /embed/v1/widget.js with data-salon, data-key, data-connection, data-api, data-widget, data-accent. Modes: booking, calculator, portfolio, booking+calculator.

2. Iframe

Go live → Iframe fallback points at /embed/v1/frame with salon and key query params when the host strips scripts. Optionally listen for postMessage type inkdesk:resize.

3. Aftercare page embed

Go live → Aftercare page embed (also under Aftercare → Embed in the cabinet) loads /{salon}/aftercare?embed=1&theme=dark|light&accent=…. This is a content iframe, not widget.js.

Required: theme=dark or theme=light matching the host site. embed=1 makes the document background transparent. The included script listens for inkdesk:resize to grow the iframe height.

WordPress can use [inkdesk_aftercare theme="dark"] instead of raw HTML when the plugin is connected.

4. Hosted page + Book now + QR

No website → Create hosted link + QR, or Use hosted page instead on snippet platforms. Copy link / Download QR / Book now button (HTML) for Instagram, Linktree, Google Business, and flyers. Hosted aftercare link and button are listed on the same Go live step.
