Neither path turns Wix into your CRM. Staff Google-login to the Inkdesk cabinet for Today, Requests, deposits, waitlist, and check-in. Wix stays the marketing site.

Zapier and Make can subscribe to Inkdesk webhooks if you need Wix Automations-style side effects outside the embed.
