Getting started
Create your shop
Start at /get-started and complete onboarding until your shop tenant is provisioned with a salon slug. That slug powers your hosted book URL and embeds.
Staff sign in with Google — shop tenant scoped.
Sign into the cabinet with Google or email and password. There is no confirmation code. Invite owners, managers, and artists with the roles they need—artists should not all share one login.
Configure the bookable calendar
Set shop hours, then per-artist weekly rules and exceptions. Mark who accepts online booking. Add busy blocks for guest spots or time off so clients cannot take those slots.
Decide simple vs complex paths: flash that can move toward deposit quickly vs custom work that needs review and quote first.
Turn on deposits
Complete Stripe Connect onboarding for the shop. Choose flat and/or percent-of-quote rules, artist overrides if needed, and whether processing fees pass to the client. Confirm your cancel/reschedule window (many shops use about 48 hours).
Card deposits typically floor around $20+. Test a booking in trial before you blast the Instagram bio link.
Open a public book surface
Share /{salon}/book immediately for bio and QR use. When you are ready, open Cabinet → Settings → Website & embed → Connect and pick a platform—WordPress plugin + connect code, Shopify/Wix app or snippet, Squarespace/Webflow/Custom site snippet, or No website for hosted link + QR.

- 3Hosted book pageNo website · Create hosted link + QR → /{salon}/book
Optional next steps: reminders, waitlist, consent forms, Google Calendar outbound for artists, station/iPad display for the floor.
If the shop also pierces, turn on piercing in Settings. The hosted book page and widget then show Tattoo vs Piercing. Intimate types stay off until the salon opts in.
