Move appointments through the day

Advance statuses as the floor changes: confirmed → checked in → in progress → completed. Enter walk-ins into the same machine so money and payouts stay attached.

Use the appointment drawer for reschedule, quote, deposit actions, and co-artists when a piece is shared.

End-of-day hygiene

Clear leftover confirmed-without-check-in and unpaid deposit pending. Those leftovers are tomorrow’s no-show risk and waitlist fuel.
